Terms and Conditions


By placing an order with Poison Door Records, you agree with the following terms and conditions:

Shipping

All products are available to ship worldwide. Some countries of destination are not yet implemented in our system; if there’s no checkout option for your country please contact us through our contact form

All orders are usually shipped between one to eight business days after receipt of payment and processing is completed (unless it’s a pre-order), however, dispatch time may differ at busy seasons such as sale season, holidays, festival season, etc.

When placing an order, your order is shipped by registered shipping (tracking number is included).

We are not responsible for international delivery delays due to customs clearance and other unexpected events.

Please allow enough time for your order to be delivered.

The estimated transit time starts from the day of dispatch.


Payment

Payments for orders can be made by using PayPal or Stripe during checkout.

An additional percent fee or fixed fee is added accordingly for each of our payment methods during checkout.


Returns / Refunds

We allow returns only under very special circumstances, if you are unhappy with your order you can contact us through our contact form

•We can not offer a refund for shipping and handling costs.

•Shipping costs for returns are to be handled by the buyer.

•If a package is returned to us due to any reason not caused by us we will reship the package only after the additional shipping costs have been paid by the buyer. Failure to pay additional shipping costs within five working days can result in the cancellation of the order and a refund of the order amount minus the initial shipping and handling costs.

•If a package gets lost by postal services or couriers, we can only offer a refund if the package was insured and after the aforementioned postal service or courier has finished their investigation and has compensated us. This process can sometimes take up to two months.

•We hold the right to ban a buyer from placing an order if we receive a PayPal or Stripe claim/dispute without prior notice from the buyer.

We can not offer a refund under the following circumstances or for these reasons:
•The customer has entered an erroneous shipping address.
•High import costs that are determined by local customs.

Damaged Goods

If a package reaches you in damaged condition, we advise you to refuse receiving your package upon collection. In the unfortunate event of having received a damaged package, feel free to contact us through our contact form.
Provided that damage can be proved, we will gladly send a replacement to you in case it’s still available or a refund in the unfortunate case of sold-out status.
